Bachelors degree in any discipline. Min 7 yrs of exp in selling software solutions directly to companies across all sectors & indirectly through channels & partners. Should be highly motivated & possess excellent communication & negotiation skills. Result-oriented, proven track record in software solution selling
Salary:Rs 75,000 to 100,000 per month gross + Commissions extra equivalent to 10 to 12 lakhs per annum if the goals are met for each quarter and year.

Candidate attributes required Position Summary ·Meet all financial and product targets in line with Company margin and revenue objectives. ·Manage relationships through all levels of channel accounts and programs.
Position Accountability ·Meet and exceed sales revenue goals while meeting margin targets. ·Manage distributor relationships, retail and reseller channel relationship and activities in the development and implementation of effective programs, providing product knowledge and motivating them to maximize revenue opportunities. ·Make detailed recommendations on account plan and implement marketing and sales activities and constantly review plan for improvement. ·Manage and communicate with merchandisers to achieve desired effect on sales activity. ·Ensure proper co-ordination and smooth execution of product promotional programs (ie. updated product feature, prompt submission for coverage in promotional catalogue, promotional materials, etc.) ·Manage all aspects of account activities including purchase inventory, sell through, marketing programs, PM training, presentations, joint sales calls, technical responses and order management. ·Ensure that he/she possesses sound knowledge of internal policy and guidelines and that competency in using required system is achieved. Liaise with internal departments, Marketing, Product Management, Finance, Sales Operations, etc. in order to manage product requirements, initiatives, lead times and any other issues in a timely and professional manner. ·Complete all reporting requirements as assigned by Regional Manager, Asia South & Middle East. ·Conduct business and sales call at all times in a professional and courteous manner that preserves the reputation and integrity of the Company.
Job Specifications ·Degree from accredited college or university in business, economics or computer sciences ·8+ years of marketing, channel sales or combined experience in IT industry ·All India channel experience is preferable and retail channel experience or Middle East channel knowledge would be ideal. ·Experience working for or with multi-national corporation ·Willingness and ability to travel extensively across India and the Middle East. ·Knowledge of office applications eg. Powerpoint, Word and Excel.
